Admission Policy
- Admission will be given to students irrespective of race, sex, religion or caste.
- Fairness will be maintained in giving admission to students in accordance with the policies laid down by the Admission Committee.
- Students from Open Schools will not be given admission as per NAAC rules.
- Transparency will be maintained while giving admission.
- 5% of seats will be reserved for differently abled students
- 10% of seats is reserved for SC, OBC & others.
- 5% of seats is reserved for students from other Board.
- Credit admission will not be permissible.
- To be eligible for admission to the FYUGP, a minimum of 45% in particular subject in HSSLC is required to opt for major or must have secured not less than 45% in the aggregate in HSSLC examination.
- Admission will be on a merit basis.
- Application forms will be scrutinized by the Admission Committee and final selection by the concerned departments after the written exam & viva if necessary.
- Rank holders and merit students in the qualifying examination shall be given priority in admission.
- Original documents should be produced at the time of admission which will be cross checked by the Admission Committee.
- Proper Address, Contact No. and Email address of the Parents/local guardian should be submitted at the time of admission.
- Admission forms will be issued after the declaration of the HSSLC Examination Result.
- Names of the selected students along with their marks will be displayed on the Notice Board.
- The college authority reserves the right to grant or deny admission.
- Admission Fees once paid are not refundable.
Documents required at the time of Admission
The following documents are required to be furnished at the time of admission.
- Photocopy of Admit Card, Mark Sheet & Pass Certificate of HSSLC/ equivalent qualifying examination.
- Two(2) copies of recent Passport Photo
- Original Migration Certificate ( For students from other Board)
